电源电压0.85V,电流90A,直流压降要求±3%,同时,为了赶进度,客户这次改板没有改动层叠,仍然保留了之前的两层2oz电源平面。根据高速先生的经验,似乎手到擒来不费力,一切尽在掌握里,实际的情况却是事与愿违,IR-drop仿真得到的直流压降偏偏不过关!
